Who we are

UpGroves (“we,” “our,” “us”) is the trading name of Comercial Digital Tecnológica SpA (RUT 76.942.544-6), a digital operations consultancy.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What information we collect

Information you provide directly

Contact form. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. This data is sent to us via FormSubmit.co, our form processing provider.

Booking a call. When you schedule a discovery call through the Cal.com widget on our contact page, Cal.com collects your name, email, and the time slot you choose. We receive that booking information.

Information collected automatically

Umami analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site. Umami collects anonymized data: page views, referring URLs, screen dimensions, browser language, and device type. It does not use cookies in the traditional tracking sense and does not collect IP addresses, fingerprints, or any personally identifiable information through analytics.

These providers may process data on servers located in the United States or the European Union. By using our site, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact form submissions and associated email threads: retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 2 years, or until you request deletion.
  • Cal.com booking records: retained per Cal.com’s retention policies and our own business records.
  • Umami analytics data: anonymized aggregate data retained indefinitely; individual session data expires after 14 months.
  • Cookie consent records: retained for 1 year.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction: Ask us to limit how we process your data.

  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

Additional rights by jurisdiction

European Economic Area (GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Australia (Privacy Act 1988). You may request access to and correction of your personal information. If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
